To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee to the credit card used for the reservation.

Advanced Bodywork

(Injury, Muscle knots, & Chronic Pain) Our High-Intensity custom-built Therapeutic Massage is designed to address a range of issues including injury, muscle knots, and chronic pain. This comprehensive massage technique combines Advanced Myofascial Releases, Positional Releases, Acupressure, PNF Stretches, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle/IASTM Scraping, KT Taping, Body Tempering Rollers and Deep tissue massage. By tailoring the massage to your body's specific needs, we can penetrate deep into the muscle tissue, loosening connective tissue and melting away muscle tension and pain. This massage is particularly effective for those suffering from chronic pain or muscle knots.

Couples Massages

  • Unfortunately we are unable to take on couples massages at this time. We are looking at larger office spaces and more therapists to join our team. We would still love to help you individually with your relaxation and therapeutic needs. We hope you keep us in mind in the future when we can accommodate you better. If you know of a therapist looking for a space then send them in for a discount on your next massage if they end up joining our team!!

As an additional enhancement to our massage services, we offer a personalized red light sauna session lasting 15 to 45 minutes. This rejuvenating experience can be enjoyed before or after any of our massages.

  • At Essence of Massage and Bodywork, we are committed to providing you with a personalized massage experience that caters to your specific needs. Our team of licensed massage therapists is well-versed in a range of modalities, including muscle-specific deep-tissue massage, Swedish massage, and sports massage. Prior to your session, we conduct a general health intake to ensure that we understand your unique requirements. Additionally, we offer post-session follow-up that may include self-care exercises or physician referrals.

    Our massage therapists are licensed by the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses and insured by Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands.
